1.1  SMS Consent Communication:

The information (954) 376 -5599 obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

 

1.2  Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from Affiliates Logistics LLC you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Follow-up messages
  • Billing inquiries
  • Promotions or offers (if applicable)
  • Account Notifications: We will provide customers with information regarding the pick-up status, delivery status, and account balances.
  • Customer Care: We will respond to customers’ queries regarding scheduling. pricing.
  • Marketing: We will send notifications to existing customers to remind them to book with us, offer discounts, referrals, and booking in advance.
  • Delivery Notifications: Customers will be provided with information regarding the pick-up and delivery date, time, location, and driver’s contact information.

Example: “Good afternoon, “customer name. This is Affiliates Logistics. We can confirm pick up on December 12th at 2 p.m. Your transport cost for this trip is $1050.00 (Orlando FL to Bronx NY). You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Affiliates Logistics at any time.”

 

1.3  Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to (5) five SMS messages per week related to your delivery/billing/pick up, etc.

Example:
“Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status.”

1.4  Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

1.5  Opt-In Method:

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Affiliates Logistics in the following ways

  • Verbally, during a conversation
  • By submitting an online form
  • By filling out a paper form

 

1.6  Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

Additional Options:
